Tempering machines

We offer tempering machines with a capacity of 250 – 2000kg/h. The transport of the chocolate from bottom to top through the individual cooling and reheating sections by pump, is supported by the spiral design of the scrapers on the individual plates and is therefore gentle. At the same time, this construction ensures the best possible shear of the cocoa butter crystals and thus an optimal result of the tempering process.
